In order to save your progress and complete the reservation process, you must create an account. The reservation process, which requires a $500 refundable deposit, will hold your lot and model untill you've had time to fully review the offering plan. To place a deposit, please call Boniello Development at 914.245.9000. Untill that point, simply create your account so you can revisit your selections anytime!
